Lessonly/Seismic: Technical Account Manager / Sr. Product Manager

January 2020 - Present

  • Introduced an innovative solution for sequencing learning content, managing its successful rollout to 400+ beta accounts, and currently managing its integration into the Seismic content management ecosystem.

  • Led the post-acquisition integration of Lessonly’s data into Seismic’s data warehouse (Snowflake), enabling BI dashboards (Sisense) and direct data access for customers, improving real-time analytics.

  • Achieved a 75% increase in engagement with Lessonly’s instructor-led training tool by implementing product enhancements that removed key adoption barriers.

  • Featured presenter at multiple customer-facing webinars and Seismic’s annual user conferences.

Amerisales.com: Chief Operating Officer

January 2018 - January 2020

At Amerisales.com, I oversaw the day-to-day operations of the company and was responsible for post-sale service delivery.

  • Drove a 200% increase in client engagement by implementing advanced communication and scheduling tools (High Level, Skipio, Twilio, ActiveCampaign).

  • Successfully launched Hubspot as Amerisales’ first CRM, optimizing sales pipeline visibility and improving team productivity.

Lessonly: Sales Development Manager / Account Executive

September 2014 - January 2018

I had the privilege of joining Lessonly as the seventh employee and focused on driving rapid growth as both a SDR and Account Executive.

  • As one of the first eight employees, generated $100k ARR in new business as Business Development Manager.

  • Closed over $750k in ARR and the largest single deal in company history as an Account Executive, consistently exceeding sales targets.

June 2011 - August 2014

During my time at Angie’s List I became a go-to for projects and programs that didn’t fit cleanly into one team or department, giving me experience in project management, process improvement, customer care and people management.

  • Developed and implemented Snapfix fulfillment workflow, resulting in a 7% monthly increase in project fulfillment and managed a team of 20 representatives.

  • Reduced e-commerce refunds by 36% and increased service provider review rates by 7x through the creation of a targeted retention program.
